Phoenix Engineering Consultants staff will assist clients, consultants and contractors from feasibility stage, design evolution, initial tender through to the completion of the works on site.

We also offer the co-ordination of the specialist design if required, together with on site supervision and training of the clients own personnel.

• Economies in the employment of labour resources, e.g. on post tensioning operations steel fixers may be used to install tendons as well as reinforcement. Labour costs may also be less than those of a specialist sub contractor, hence providing further cost reductions.
• The contractor will be in control of the program and any changes in method of working without the external influence of sub contractors or indeed agreement with them.
• Reduction in the element of risk associated with claims and contentious matters with sub contractors.
